The Wonderful World of Stamps with Siobhan Mahaney from Spellman Museum of Stamps and Postal History

THURSDAY JUNE 25TH AT 2:00PM IN THE NORDIC HALL

Join us as we are introduced to the wonderful world of stamps.  Siobhan Mahaney, educational consultant for the Spellman Museum of Stamps and Postal History, will be sharing not only about stamps, but also about stamp collecting. This is a meaningful hobby for people of all ages and an opportunity to learn more about the world, its cultures, and the hopes and dreams of people around the world. Siobhan enjoys the opportunity to teach adults and children alike and has been a Montessori teacher, teacher trainer, and administrator for over 30 years. She has presented at regional and national conferences for Montessori, the Yale Social Studies Conference and for the Framingham State Global Education program. Siobhan has worked with the Spellman as both a volunteer, a teacher and board member over the years.
