Harpist Shelley Otis Performs

 As a performer and arranger for the harp, Shelley Otis plays an unexpected variety of music including original compositions, covers of newly released music, jazz standards, traditional Celtic tunes, and is also a member of several ensembles including the Celtic band Ulster Landing.
