A Crooners Caravan Through New England with Frank King

oin us as Frank King presents another educational musical lecture. He will discuss the great crooners of the 20th century whose songs are now part of the great American songbook. He will provide information and anecdotes, punctuating the songs and giving insight into the some of the greatest singers of all time.
Mr. King holds a master’s degree in broadcasting from Boston University and a bachelor of arts degree from Princeton. A lifelong devotee of recorded music, he has hosted music programs on WBUR radio and was a news producer at WCVB-TV and an assistant professor at Boston University. His lectures draw from the music and art in his personal collection of more than 2,500 record albums. He has presented more than 800 music lectures around Greater Boston and Cape Cod since 2014.
