Rates & Application

Permanent Residents
• Monthly Fee $4,715 (effective January 1, 2012)
• Second Person Fee $855
• One-time Community Fee* $2,000

*This fee will be used for the sole purpose of resident programs and improvements.

Short-Term Respite Stays
• Daily Respite Fee** $180
• Daily Respite Second Person Fee $55

**No community fee is required for respite stays.
